About
A-Game Agency
Since 2012, the A-Game Agency, founded by marketing executive Ashlene Nand, has been at the forefront with bold and innovative campaigns that not only capture attention but also drive sales, leveraging our expertise in consumer insights and brand strategy.
About Ashlene
Ashlene Nand is a global Brand Marketer from Western Sydney who spent 20 years in New York City. With over two decades in marketing, Ashlene has executed more than 300+ campaigns featuring talents such as Swizz Beats, Russell Peters, Chrissy Teigen, Cody Simpson, and Winnie Harlow.
Ashlene started her career as a music journalist, interviewing artists like Rihanna and Kanye West before transitioning into corporate marketing. Her first national campaign was a partnership between MTV's #1 show Run's House and the Girl Scouts, resulting in the most successful campaign in Girl Scouts' history at the time. In 2008, she moved into advertising, working on brand strategy for clients such as Gap, Victoria's Secret Beauty, and LVMH.

In 2020, during the global Black Lives Matter movement, Ashlene advocated for Australian fashion and beauty brands to be more diverse in their marketing. This campaign led top Australian brands, including Vogue Australia, to change their social media policies to be more inclusive.
Ashlene continues to work in marketing with brands and talent and remains a vocal advocate for diversity and representation, particularly concerning the digital pay gap between white and POC influencers. "As the only woman of colour in the room, advocating for talent often becomes me vs. them," she recently told Business Insider Australia.
Ashlene is currently working on the "Influencer Marketing Success Blueprint," highlighting the fast growth of the industry and how brands can scale effectively. "I'm excited to help more women and people of color enter this industry.”
